Great location across the street from Pancras Station made it easy to catch the Eurostar in the morning. Clean room with just enough space for a night.

It was our family's favorite hotel out of the 7 places we stayed. The top floor apartemnt was fantastic! 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area and family room..not to mention the jetted tub! But our favorite part was the balcony in the front and the side. Out our full lenght of the apt balconely was an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were the best we had on our trip. I would highly recommend Hotel Primavera!

The staff were friendly and could give us all the information we needed about the area. Our room had a balcony that looked towards the Matterhorn and over the town. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was good. It was a 5 min walk from the train station which was good, as it is a car free town.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment during off peak season. The apartment was cosy and suitable for family. Clean with good facilities. Everything needed for a short stay in an apartment was there. The jacuzzi was a plus point. View of the Matterhorn from the apartment was excellent. Checking in was easy. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel staff had our keys given straight away, as if already anticipated our arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate at a small restaurant with cosy ambience. Stations to the peaks are within walking distance. Definitely good value for money.
Apart from the slightly uphill walk to the hotel, there's nothing that we do not like about the hotel. The hotel can do better if it can provide wifi connection in the room as currently only available at the reception.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by the receptionist. She was nice, friendly and helpful. She gave us a city map and showed us the directions to the nice places. The family bedroom was really nice and we liked it. A baby cot was provided and it was very useful for my 6-months old grandchild. The room was perfect for family of 5 (3 adult and 2 kids). Breakfast was good and healthy. We were happy and contented with the hotel. The rate was reasonable and value for money. The location is walking distance to the bus stop and train station. Perfect place to stay and we would like to stay in Hotel Primavera again for our future trips to Zermatt.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and warm and there was plenty of breakfast - lots of choice.
Although the bathroom had everything you needed, it could have done with updating, but was perfectly adequate.

It was cossy and very clean. Location was easy to get around everywhere with great view. Staff was very sweet and prompt to help in everything was needed.
Staff don't speak English or French or Italian and sometimes it was hard to make a point across because I don't speak Swiss German. It would be nice if you hire someone fluent in English if possible? My room heater did not work and I was very hot at night.
